How to Gut Habits
Add water to bottle or tall glass. We recommend 16-20 ounces for best flavor, and a minimum of 8 ounces. Put 1 scoop of Gut Habits in water daily; shake or use electric whisk(recommended) to mix until dissolved. Results can happen in as little as 10 days but up to 21 days is more common.
